Benton County Event Center & Fairgrounds Policy

Benton County Event Center & Fairgrounds requires that all events be covered by general liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 general aggregate, including bodily injury and property damage. The Event Center Office must receive a copy of the endorsement adding Benton County, its officers, agents and employees as additional insured at least 60 days prior to the rental date. Liquor liability insurance is required for events serving or selling alcohol; this will come from your approved alcohol provider.
