Alcohol Providers Application

For events serving alcohol you must contract with one of the Event Center & Fairgrounds Approved Vendors.

Current Approved Alcohol Vendors:

Honeybrine

Oregon Beverage Services

4 Spirits Distillery

Dirt Road Brewing
VIP Beverage & Event Services (Spanish speaking staff)

If you have an alcohol vendor you would like to use that is not on our list, they will need to fill out the Alcohol Provider's Application to be considered. The application must be received 3 months prior to the event.

SECURITY

For events serving alcohol, the Event Center will contract for security for the duration of alcohol service time until the rental ends and add the invoice amount to the building rental.

For events that are not serving alcohol but ending after 9:00 pm, the Event Center will contract for security for the last three hours of the event and add the invoice amount to the building rental.

Caterers

For private events, you are welcome to provide your own food or contract with a caterer of your choice. Caterers familiar with the fairgrounds facilities include HoneyBrine and G-Gourmet.
